If you have a computer problem, please  go to the contact page and send me an email describing the problem with as much detail as possible.  I will get back to you within 24 hours with some suggestions. 


If more work is necessary, I'll send a proposal to you to complete the repairs/installation.

(I will not install or make illegal copies of software, so please don't ask.)
